Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 88hb ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the 88hb website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered through 88hb, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on 88hb. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and the creation of a secure password. You agree that all information you provide at registration is accurate, complete, and truthful, and you agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances, including persons claiming to represent 88hb customer support.
• You must notify 88hb immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 88hb will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
• Duplicate accounts — more than one account registered to the same person, mobile number, device, household, or payment method — are prohibited. Where duplicates are identified, 88hb reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings or bonuses accrued across them.
• Account credentials must not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person. Your 88hb account is personal to you and non-transferable.

88hb employs SSL encryption across all account data transmissions. However, you remain responsible for the security of the device and browser from which you access the platform. 88hb strongly recommends logging out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing from a shared or public device.

Deposits and Withdrawals

88hb supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as selected bank transfer options. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must come from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. 88hb does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

Bonuses and Promotions

88hb may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full and the resulting real-money balance is withdrawn in accordance with these Terms.
• Each eligible player may claim each specific bonus offer only once unless stated otherwise in the offer's individual terms. 88hb reserves the right to refuse a bonus claim where it suspects abuse, including collusion, use of multiple accounts, or automated betting strategies.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 88hb are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market as published within the platform at the time the bet is placed. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on 88hb:

• All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the details of a bet before confirming it. 88hb will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except where a technical error or manifest pricing error has occurred on the part of 88hb.

• Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at 88hb's discretion, including where live data feeds are disrupted or unusual betting patterns are detected. Bets accepted prior to a suspension will be honoured unless a manifest odds error is identified.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88hb. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, pending withdrawals withheld, and any winnings voided without compensation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market, or to exploit bonus offers through coordinated multi-account activity.
• Registering more than one account on 88hb, whether using your own details or falsified personal information, or using another person's identity to register or operate an account.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the 88hb platform as a conduit. 88hb is required by its compliance obligations to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 88hb platform, its games, or its underlying infrastructure.

Account Suspension and Termination

88hb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 7, the eligibility requirements in Section 2, or the account security obligations in Section 3.
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming policy, or a request submitted on the account holder's behalf by a close family member with supporting documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity connected to the account, pending investigation by 88hb's compliance team or relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming

88hb is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players via account settings after logging in:

• Deposit limits — set a daily or weekly cap on the total amount you may deposit into your 88hb account. Once set, a limit may only be lowered immediately; raising a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or make any other commercial use of any platform content without the prior written consent of 88hb.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88hb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 88hb platform, even if 88hb has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 88hb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to the above, 88hb's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 88hb account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

88hb collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 88hb will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide the services described herein, or as required by law or a competent regulatory authority.

Amendments to These Terms
